POLICE DEPARTMENT MOVES TO NEW LOCATION
145 Limekiln Road, Suite 600
New Cumberland, PA. 17070
Office: 717-901-5267
Fax: 717-901-5234
Since the Fairview Township building was constructed in 1971, staff and services have dramatically increased.
The existing building no longer has adequate space for both the police department and the administration.
The Board of Supervisors and staff have discussed space limitations for the past few years, however construction
of a new fire station was the priority. The resolution to municipal space and cost was leasing an office building.
This leased building will meet the Police Department’s needs for many years and at a reasonable annual cost.
And, although the building is located in the northern end of the Township, Chief Dugan states that the proximity
to Interstate 83 will improve Township response.
The Fairview Township Police Department moved in December to this new facility, located in the Yellow Breeches
office complex on Limekiln Road just east of Interstate 83. The Police Department’s public hours will remain 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
All other municipal services will remain at the Township Building at 599 Lewisberry Road.
