Electrocution Death

Around 7:30 a.m. on August 21st,  41-year old James Dick from Saxton, PA, was killed while working on power lines.  His employer, J.R. Wyles Inc. out of James Creek, PA, was hired to re-route power lines for Adams Electric Cooperative in the 900 blk of Old Rossville Road, Lewisberry. While working on the lines, Dick was shocked by a live wire. OSHA arrived on-scene after it occurred and they are investigating the incident.  The York County Coroner determined that the death was accidental, with the primary cause being electrocution.
