Four arrested on felony drug charges.

On March 19, 2013 the Fairview Township Police Department arrested four individuals in connection with the illegal sale and delivery of prescription medications.  The arrests stemmed from the investigation into an incident that occurred at the Locust Manor Trailer Court in Etters on February 22, 2013.

Kimberly A. Roberts 34, of Etters was arrested for Possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and Conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.

Linda S. Amaro 36, of Etters was arrested for Conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.

Anastasia M. Rader 27, of Etters was arrested for Conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.

Phillip L. Thomas  Jr. 21, of Etters was arrested for Conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.

Roberts, Rader and Thomas were arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Scott Gross and were subsequently released.  Amaro is currently incarcerated at the York County Prison on separate charges.
