Theft From Business

Around 11:40 am. on Sunday May 5th, Fairview Township Police were called to South Point School House Bonsai in the 700 block of Siddonsburg Road, Lewisberry for a theft report. The owner of the business saw a male subject carrying two stands containing glass balls towards his vehicle, so she approached him to see if he was going to purchase them. He then set the items on the ground and said he needed to check on his child in his car, but he simply got in his car and left. The business owner then discovered that she was missing between $500-$1000 in various jewelry, gems, trinkets and statues.

The subject was described as a dark-skinned white male with dark hair, between 45-50 years old, and spoke with a Middle-Eastern accent. A young boy approximately 12-years old was with the male. The car was described as an older “boxy-style” car.

Anyone with information that may help solve this crime or aid in identifying the subject is asked to call police at 901-5267.
