Woman charged with arson following a structure fire on Old York Road

On December 4, 2013,  the Fairview Township Police Department arrested 50 year old Lori A Labarck of the 100 block of May Drive in Camp Hill for arson following a house fire earlier in the week.

On December 2, 2013, at 4:26 pm the Fairview Township Fire Department was dispatched to 661 Old York Road, Etters for a structure fire.  An officer from the Fairview Township Police Department arrived on scene two minutes later and discovered a single family ranch style home was fully engulfed in flames.  After the fire was extinguished, a Pennsylvania State Police Fire Marshall determined the cause of the fire was arson.

Through interviews and witness statements police were able to determine that the home owner’s girlfriend, Lori Labarck was the individual responsible for setting the fire.

Labarck was arrested and transported to the York County Booking Center where she was arraigned and committed to the York County Prison in lieu of $250,000 cash bail.
