Harrisburg Man Arrested With Two Pounds of Marijuana

On August 8, 2014 the Fairview Township Police Department arrested 36 year old Leroy Robinson of the 2400 block of Reel Street in Harrisburg following a narcotics investigation.

On August 8, 2014 during the course of a drug investigation, police learned that Leroy Robinson would be in possession of marijuana intending to deliver it to another person.  Robinson was to be at the Fireside Cafe on Old York Road.  At 4:20 pm, Robinson was stopped in the parking lot of the Fireside Cafe.  He was found to be in possession of approximately 2 pounds of marijuana.  Robinson later admitted that he was trying to sell the marijuana to another person.

Robinson was arrested and charged with Possession With Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance.  He was transported to the York County Booking Center where he was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge David Eshbach and released on non-monetary supervised bail.
